This week was ended with two intensive days testing the PERFICOOKER and PERFICOOLER Bottom Driven when handling pet food.

We have conducted trials using the conventional cooking technologies and cooling, by using our PERFICOOKER and PERFICOOLER bottom driven vessel.

Cleaning is always a major concern and of course there was the automatic cleaning validation by the PERFICLEAN CIP unit.

This week was ended with three intensive days performing a FAT session. This time, a massive Scraped Surface Aseptic Thermal Processor composed with our PERFITHERM's and a fully automatic PERFICLEAN CIP Station for viscosity products production.

Assemblies were performed in-factory, allowing FAT performing even for big installations. A cost effective approach and a key for successful projects due to objective milestones and shorter project timelines.

PERFINOX is currently working on a complete plant for avocado oil processing at Colombia.

Under our scope are all the piping’s, pumps, valves and instruments for interface between all the process areas, as well the storage and blending tanks, buffering tanks and other intermediary vessels will also be assembled onsite by our team.

The PERFIPROCESS concept for concentrate products production may combine several of our own technologies.

The PERFICOOKER Coil Tank, an vacuum cooker with aroma collecting/recovering system, delivers premium products even when handling soft particles. This technology allows low temperature boiling, no oxidation and natural taste on fruit preparations.

The PERFICOOLER Bottom Driven Vessel, an high end batch cooling technology, which offers an extra surface exchange for shorter process times, due to his cooling jackets at bottom, outer cylinder and inner cylinder.

The CIP ready design ensures a repeatable and safe cleaning procedures when using our PERFICLEAN concept, resulting in faster product exchanges and higher process availability.
