This week was ended with three intensive days performing a FAT session. This time, a massive Scraped Surface Aseptic Thermal Processor composed with our PERFITHERM's and a fully automatic PERFICLEAN CIP Station for viscosity products production.

Assemblies were performed in-factory, allowing FAT performing even for big installations. A cost effective approach and a key for successful projects due to objective milestones and shorter project timelines.

PERFINOX finished the installation of a PERFITHERM Scraped Surface Thermal Processor, for a major sauces producer in Germany.

The unit is composed by four units of our PERFITHERM Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger, model 45, and a holding section, delivering a troughput of 5 tons per our of red sauces. The package includes call energy management and controls.

The PERFITHERM range goes from 0.5m2 to 7.0m2 and can be used on most of the applications with or without product pieces, performing a gentle handling and low pressure drops on a very small footprint.

PERFINOX and Cambra-Sistem initiated the installation of a Scraped Surface Thermal Processor for a major fruit preparations producer in Central Europe.

High quality product and gentle particle handling is a must, so unit is equipped with two PERFITHERM Scraped Surface Heat Exchangers (SSHE) granting a total exchange surface of 9m². The PERFITHERM Thermal Processor has also the advantage of full product recover, from the admission to the discharge, by equipping it with PIG system for product push and recover.

Additionally, PERFINOX supplied a sterile filling station and a SIP station for containers, as well the fully integration with costumer process machinery. A smart and compact solution for high demand process on a very small footprint.

A PERFITHERM Cooling Skid is ready for shipment to India. The unit is composed by a PERFITHERM Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger model 20, giving 2m2 of exchange surface, fitted with a cooling setup with controls, product pump, CIP set. The package will be delivered ready to work.
