Another major wine producer changed the mindset and performed a step forward, by fully automate procedures and cleanings.

PERFINOX attended the challenge and supplied and installed a fully automatic PERFICLEAN CIP Station, a fully automatic wine filtration system and new piping routes equipped with PIG recover system, for automatic feedings and transfers with virtually no product losses.

This will allow our customer to have replicable and controlled process cycles, faster product changes, small product losses and an environmental friendly installation.

The main exporter of Port wine has invested 16 million euros in a super wine cellar in Douro. A facility that allows for over one thousand winegrowers to ship production.

In 2015, PERFINOX participated once more as an exhibitor in which is one of the main international exhibits for the Food Industry, the Barcelona Food Technologies.

On this edition, we showed a complete and fully functional installation, destined to the production of creams and jams, with integrated CIP Cleaning System, a fortuitous bet that has revealed to be an enormous success throughout the entire exhibition.
