A PERFITHERM Cooking and Cooling Skid is taking shape . The unit is composed by four units of our PERFITHERM Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger, model 45, giving a total of 18m2 of exchange surface, and includes call energy management and controls.
The package will be delivered ready to work, reducing the onsite installation time to minimum.
