This week ended with two intensive days at the PERFIPROCESS Technology Center testing the PERFITECH when handling different sauces and dressings.
We have conducted trials with the production of different emulsions, vacuum cooking technologies, and cooling, when necessary, by using our all-in-one machine PERFITECH.
Cleaning is always a major concern and of course, there was the automatic cleaning validation by the PERFICLEAN CIP unit.
