PERFINOX and Cambra-Sistem initiated the installation of a Scraped Surface Thermal Processor for a major fruit preparations producer in Central Europe.
High quality product and gentle particle handling is a must, so unit is equipped with two PERFITHERM Scraped Surface Heat Exchangers (SSHE) granting a total exchange surface of 9m². The PERFITHERM Thermal Processor has also the advantage of full product recover, from the admission to the discharge, by equipping it with PIG system for product push and recover.
Additionally, PERFINOX supplied a sterile filling station and a SIP station for containers, as well the fully integration with costumer process machinery. A smart and compact solution for high demand process on a very small footprint.
