Last week, PERFINOX participated in EFFoST 2025, one of Europe’s leading congresses dedicated to food science, engineering, and technological innovation.

Representing our team and in collaboration with Decorgel, Doctor Elisabete M.C. Alexandre presented the progress of one of our key R&D initiatives:

The conception, development, and construction of three multifunctional, self-cleaning, industrial-scale prototypes for food processing.

This work is part of Agenda VIIAFOOD, supported by the European Union through Next Generation EU / PRR, and reflects our ongoing commitment to advancing efficient, hygienic, and flexible processing technologies.

EFFoST offered an excellent platform to exchange ideas with researchers, engineers, and specialists from around the world reinforcing the connection between industrial practice and scientific research.
