PERFINOX’s participation in the 2024 edition of Anuga FoodTec has come to a close. Over four days, Koelnmesse in Cologne served as the stage for presenting our latest developments in process engineering, at an event that confirms its status as the global epicenter for food industry technology.

The Focus on All-in-One Processing: PERFITECH®

The main technical highlight of our exhibition in Cologne was the enhanced version of the PERFITECH®. As the premier solution in the PERFIPROCESS® range for those seeking maximum efficiency in a compact unit, this equipment was presented as the technological answer for integrated thermal and mechanical processing.

The demonstrated capabilities focused on the versatility of performing four critical stages within a single system:

• Mixing and Emulsifying: Ensuring perfect homogeneity for complex products.
• Cooking and Cooling: Ensuring precision in thermal control for both hot and cold processing.

Bottom-Driven Reactor Technology

One of the points of greatest interest to visitors was our Bottom-Driven technology. This configuration allows for a clear top, resulting in extra heat exchange surface area. This additional thermal exchange area is fundamental for accelerating heating and cooling cycles, meeting the need for resource and time optimization in modern production facilities.
